At Cucala Dance Company, we understand that unexpected events may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled dance class. To ensure fairness and transparency for all our students, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Timeframe:
- All cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.

2. Cancellation Notification:
- Cancellations must be communicated directly to Cucala Dance Company via email, phone call, or through our online booking system.

3. Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made after the specified timeframe will be considered late cancellations.
- Late cancellations will be subject to no refund, which will be charged to the student's account.

4. No-Show Policy:
- If a student fails to attend a scheduled class without providing any prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show."
- No-shows may result in the forfeiture of the class fee.

5. Exceptions:
- Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as illness or emergencies.
- Documentation or proof may be required to support requests for exceptions.

6. Make-Up Classes:
- In some cases, students may be offered the opportunity to make up a missed class within a specified timeframe, depending on class availability.
- Make-up classes are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

7. Class Cancellations by Cucala Dance Company:
- If Cucala Dance Company needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, facility issues), every effort will be made to notify students as soon as possible.
- Students affected by class cancellations initiated by Cucala Dance Company may be offered a refund or credit towards future classes.

8. Policy Review:
- This cancellation policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated or modified by Cucala Dance Company as needed.
