Rental Space Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental date.
2. Cancellation Process:
- Notify us directly via email or phone to cancel your rental reservation.
3. Cancellation Fees:
- Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the rental deposit or payment.
4. Refunds:
- Refunds for cancellations made within the cancellation window will be provided minus any applicable fees.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified deadline.
5. Rescheduling:
- Requests to reschedule the rental date may be accommodated based on availability and must be made within the cancellation window.
6. Exceptions:
- Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered for extenuating circumstances, subject to review by management.
7. Inclement Weather or Emergency Cancellations:
- In cases of severe weather or emergencies, rental cancellations may be permitted without penalty. Documentation may be required.
8. Policy Review:
- This cancellation policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated or modified by Cucala Dance Company as needed.
